Coco Bistro (Grace Bay Road – next to Sunshine Nursery, Grace Bay, Providenciales) – this restaurant, whose executive chef & owner Stuart Gray serves a variety of gourmet dishes from roast rack of Colorado lamb, to soft-shell-crab tempura, created a buzz some years back when it turned away Hollywood celebrity Bruce Willis for not having a reservation (regardless of the fact that he’s a villa owner on the island). Such press could only be positive in this competitive dining scene. As Bruce Willis learned the heard way, reservations are strongly recommended.
