Hidden Forest Café (Loterie Farm, Route de Pic du Paradis 103, Rambaud, Saint Martin) – located within the Loterie Farm nature preserve, this restaurant, which serves that include fresh fruits & vegetables grown on-site – ranging from curried-spinach chicken with sweet potato, rice & mango chutney, to green curry coconut fish, Cajun-spiced Mahi Mahi fish sandwiches, and 5-spice baby back ribs for carnivores. Despite its rural eco-friendly setting, it has a very good wine and champagne list.
