Mario’s Bistro (48 Rue Morne Road, Sandy Ground Bridge, Marigot, Saint Martin) – overlooking the Marigot channel in Sandy Ground, combining a French Caribbean Menu and Asian Influences courtesy of award-winning Chef Mario Tardif. Dishes served there include: bouillabaisse with green Thai curry, a duet of grilled lamb chops and braised lamb shank shepherd pie, and sautéed jumbo scallops with crab mashed potatoes and leek tempura. For dessert, there’s the upside-down banana coconut tart with caramel sauce and coconut ice cream.
